What's the self diagnositcs coverage of C2000-SAFETI-DIAGNOSTICS-LIB?

Customer need to input this information to TUV, We are looking for official materials to support them. Is there any official material that includes the coverage?

    C2000-SAFETI-DIAGNOSTICS-LIB is for F2837x and F2807x only, but I assume you mean the SDL that is part of C2000Ware which does support F28P65x. We do not have documentation that state the F28P65x SDL diagnostic coverage. However, please see the section 4.2.6 TMS320F28P65x Diagnostic Libraries in the device's functional safety manual for more info about what safety mechanisms the SDL addresses.
