TMS320F28388D: Ethercat Slave - WC(Working Counter) not incrementing for AL_control Response from TI to EtherCAT Master

I am trying to communicate F28388D TI controller with Ethercat Master, in this i am facing issue with AL_Control command (0x120), Working Counter(WC) increment from TI card response to master.

With debugging we are able to see no error in 0x130/0x134 registers. It is strange why TI ESC IP is not incrementing the WC.

Currently we checked in both CPU1 & CM4 core, which has same issue.

Kindly provide you advice on this issue to proceed further

For CPU1 we are able to successfully connect the TwinCAT Tool, wihch moves easily to OP mode without any errors, but in CM4 core we are able to move but it is pop-up up INIT_Err but in debug prints we can see AL & DL point of view in register it is not throwing any errors what is the problem with IP we couldn't figure out.
