Hi Aswin,

in the memory map of TMS320F280040C, we would like to set up LS RAM and flash memory to unsecure state and then JTAG lock.

is this possible?

Are you saying that you already secured the LSx RAM and Flash, and that you'd like to unlock the device before locking the JTAG? You can use UniFlash or the On-Chip Flash tool in CCS to perform a CSM unlock, as well as program the JTAG passwords. Please note you will likely have to put the device in WAIT boot to avoid ECSL from preventing debug access.
