Migrate ECAP function from 2808 to 28035

Hello,

For a project I would like to migrate from a F2808 device to a F28035. I saw that there is only one ECAP input available on the F28035 but I need 2 inputs.

Can I use the HRCAP input instead? I would like to have an estimate of the amount of work it will cost to port.
