Dear Team,
We have purchased the LAUNCHXL-F2800157 to evaluate the CAN FD and Classic CAN functionality of the TMS320F2800157 microcontroller for use in our application.
We are currently testing the CAN and CAN FD peripherals using C2000Ware_6_00_01_00 example projects, specifically:

mcan_ex9_transmit -
can_ex5_transmit_receive
However, we are not able to observe any activity on the J14 CAN_H and CAN_L pins. The S4 switch is set to the CAN ROUTE position. We have also verified the CAN bus behavior with JP9 (CAN termiation resiter connect/disconnect jumper) in both open and closed positions.
We are monitoring the signals using a DSO, and our requirement is to observe the CAN and CAN FD frames directly on the DSO.
Could you please suggest the possible reasons and provide guidance to resolve this issue? This support is urgent, as we need to finalize the device selection for our product.
