LAUNCHXL-F28069M: Selecting an MCU to independently control the position of 6 BLDC motors

Part Number: LAUNCHXL-F28069M
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BOOSTXL-DRV8323RS

Hi,

I have experience using the InstaSPIN labs for single motor position control and building custom control loops. My current hardware is a custom PCB based on the LaunchXL-F28069M and BOOSTXL-DRV8323RS.

I’m looking for a development or or control card that can independently control up to six BLDC motors with six encoder inputs. If six isn’t available, I need at least four independent motor/encoder channels. Ideally I’d start with evaluation or dev boards that I can integrate with existing InstaSPIN-style labs or something similar, then move to a custom PCB later.

If anyone knows:

-Dev boards or control cards boards that support 4–6 independent motor channels, and boards like the BOOSTXL-8323RS I could start with.

-Example projects or TI labs that demonstrate multi-motor setups that is more than two motors.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
