I see there is a example code of lwip freeRTOS for F28388 devices in c2000ware, is there anyway to get those related code for P65x devices?

The LwiP FreeRTOS code for the F28388 device is available because the device has a standard Ethernet MAC peripheral which supports the lwip networking stack.

On P65x device there is no standard Ethernet Peripheral thus porting this stack on P65x would not have any use.
