• A/D of 16 bit or 20 bit measurment low frequency less 50 khz
• FFT 
• Comperator 
• memory 1M
• Low power consumtion
• frequency 200Mhz - 100Mhz
• Advantage if have sigma delta A/D

Which controller is the best suggestion 

How can i calculate the power or estimate the power ?
