No, it's not possible to have the board.c and board.h files in a different folder if SysConfig is being used. 

These files are generated during compilation based on the Sysconfig file that you have in the project. Hence it cannot be saved/generated in different project folder

Another doubt:

board.h and board.c are moved to other folder by configuring inside syscfg.

Now we found that: if build the project, there's no issue; but if re-build, it shows that, board.obj can't be found, as it's moved again to default debug folder.

Is there any way to solve?

Another doubt:

Now board.h and board.c are saved into one folder, which is out side of the workspace. 

And one thing happened, board.obj was created two times after compiling. In this case, if build again, there's error with info like:

error #10056: symbol "ADC_init" redefined: first defined in "./board.obj"; redefined in "./SYSCFG_CCF_LOC/board.obj"

If clear the project, and remove board.obj, build again with success.

Another doubt about syscfg, it's not possible to open it with these errors.

What customer do:

1) At the first beginning, everything works well, including syscfg;

2) Close syscfg file; edit application codes in the project;

3) Open syscfg file again, issue happens.

4) Comparing the content of syscfg file, no changes;

5) Other projects, syscfg file can be open and work well. Sysconfig tool should be OK.

What could be the issue?
