Other Parts Discussed in Thread: C2000WARE
Hi Team,
Posting on behalf of our customer.
When I try to import a new project using project wizard (e.g. gpio_toggle with LAUNCHXL F28069M) with CCS 20.4.0.13__1.10.0 (macOS 15.7.3) I get the following error:
\Specified location is not accessible: '/Users/szymon/ti/C2000Ware_6_00_01_00/C2000Ware_6_00_01_00/device_support/f2806x/examples/c28/gpio_toggle'
Note the duplicated C2000Ware_6_00_01_00 part. Import fails because of this error. C2000Ware path is correctly discovered in CCS settings.
I noticed this is only a problem when CCS installs C2000ware on its own. It installs it in /Users/szymon/ti/C2000Ware_6_00_01_00 and it looks in /Users/szymon/ti/C2000Ware_6_00_01_00/C2000Ware_6_00_01_00.
I deleted that installation and installed C2000Ware from a standalone installer in the default folder: /Applications/ti/c2000/C2000Ware_6_00_01_00/ and the import worked correctly.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Install CCS 20.4 on a clean machine
2. Start the project import
3. CCS installs C2000Ware in the user folder /Users/username/ti/
4. CCS fails to import the project due to duplicated C2000 part of the path string
Regards,
Danilo
