F29H859TU-Q1: What may cause ccxml test connection has no information

I think it should be caused by some missing file of CCS, but I don't know which file missing

Could you ask the customer to reinstall the CCS once?

Actually customer install it 3 times and use different computer to install it.

But seems their computer block something so their company computer isn't has the test connection function.

And they want to check with us which CCS file will influence it and they can check it and ask their IT to solve this.
