TMS320F280025C-Q1: generate 8-bit addressable HEX file

Hi, experts,

My customer plans to use 3rd party programer to flash C2000 devices. He tried to generate HEX file through C2000 HEX Unitily in CCS, to make sure no content missing in generated HEX file, he has to set "romwidth=16". But it can not be recongnized by 3rd party programer, as the programer can only recongnize standard HEX file which is 8-bit addressable.

Can you please help to guide how to generate 0-bit addressable HEX file?
