TMS320F28P650DK: No able to detect CPU2

Part Number: TMS320F28P650DK

Hi Team,

I am a beginner on Ti boards. I am using F28P65X - LAUNCHXL. So i imported the dual led blink project and when i start the debug project. I am always seeing the only 1 CPU1 and not the other.

what can cause such issue?
