TMS320LF2407A: Utility for serial bootloading

I am working on a TMS320LF2407APGEA. I want to be able to flash this DSP without c2prog. I found a few TI tools:

www.ti.com/.../SPRC074 - does not run on modern windows

Uniflash - doesnt appear to support this DSP.

What tool does TI currently provide to support flashing these DSPs via serial?

Unfortunately, we are no longer able to support any development activity on this device. We have attempted to consolidate our resources in this FAQ, but highly recommend the customer consider one of our newer devices which offer better performance, cost, software, ease-of-use, support, etc. such as F28002x or F280013x or view our whole portfolio here: C2000 real-time microcontrollers | TI.com
