TMS320F280039: Delta Sigma Demodulator SD2 Channel 4 not working

Hello,

I want to use the sigma delta demodulator to read voltage values from AMC1336 devices. SD1 channel 1-4 and SD2 channel 1-3 work fine, but SD2 channel 4 does not work. I conncted SD-D4 to GPIO-60, but also tried it with GPIO-28. 

Is there an known HW problem with F280039C, SD2?
