F29H85X-SOM-EVM: Not able to flash .outs in banks mode 1, bank mode 3.

When I try to flash .outs using CCS in Bank Mode 1 or Bank Mode 3, the operations fail. However, in Bank Mode 0 and Bank Mode 2, they work correctly. How can this issue be resolved?
