TMS320F28377D: Problems with the PWM usage of TMS320F28377D?

Part Number: TMS320F28377D

For our latest project, we used TI's dsp28377d, but there were some issues in its operation. Could you help us with the analysis?

Using the following chip, the phenomenon is that the pwm drive port, with a fixed switching period (30k), the duty cycle is dynamically changing (as the output voltage control of the DC power supply). During operation, the PWM occasionally conducts continuously, triggering protection.

Later, we replaced it with the dsp of our reference sample machine, as shown in the following figure (based on our board card, we replaced it with a dsp), and it can run normally.
We compared the two DSPS and found that the wafer origin was inconsistent. Have you ever reported similar issues here?
