LAUNCHXL-F28379D: Software implentation

I am Ali Muheidat from MARSROBOTICS. We are working on developing robotics systems. I am using LAUNCHXL-F28379D in my work.

In the compoant, the IT team start use a server with specific Anti Viruses (Protection System). When I am trying to install the code composer, the message "Unable to copy files" keeps poping up, as shown in the attached figures:

I am sending this message to kindly ask about any suggestions or workarounds to deal with this issue.

Yes, various antivirus and security software can sometimes cause an issue.

The error always appear for the ti_emupack_setup installation? Basically is it always around the same point it fails?

Yes, the installation fail appeared at the same point.

I am trying to install several versions of the CCS. it always fails during the process at the point where the installation reaches the ti_emupack_setup.

How can I solve this issue?
