Hello!
I want to drive an input of an IGBT module that has an internal pulldown resistor of 10kOhm min and a maximum high-level input threshold voltage of 2.5V. The VDDIO of my MCU is greater than 3.0V, at a lower level the supervisor will perform a reset. To achieve some safety margin I want to drive the input of the IGBT module to a high level of 2.7V min, which means that the output pin must source 270uA. Unfortunately, VOH at this current is not given and the level at IOHmin is already too low for me.
Is it safe to assume that the input voltage to the module is only determined by VDDIO,min, ROH,max and the 10k pulldown, regardless of the VOH specifications?
According to the datasheet ROH<=96Ohm at VOH=VDDS-0.4V (I think it should be VDDIO instead of VDDS). Is this resistance also valid at lower output currents?
Thank you very much!
Best regards,
Christoph
