CCSTUDIO-THEIA: Unable to connect target in CCS20.3.0

I am currently using the F29H85x-SOM-EVM. When I try to connect to the target in CCS 20.3.0, it asks for a firmware upgrade, but I am unable to upgrade using xdsdfu after switching to DFU mode. What is the correct procedure to update the XDS110 firmware?

Hi Shashank,

You can find the correct procedure to update the XDS110 firmware within the XDS110SupportReadMe file found in the following directory ccsXXXX\ccs\ccs_base\common\uscif\xds110.

You mention that you are unable to upgrade using xdsdfu. Are you seeing any error when this happens? Perhaps one that mentions that the device is not found?

I followed the steps in the XDS110SupportReadMe; however, after switching the emulator to DFU mode, it does not receive the image.

Can you provide more details? What is the exact error message? A screenshot would be helpful.
