You're updated command line prompt looks okay to me. Are you using the same key to sign your code as well?
When the active keys change from the secondary user to the backup key set, is there a need to reprogram seccfg blob?
Yes, not just the SECCFG blob but also the HSM and C29 applications. More information is described within the 'Root of Trust Switching' HSM Service as part of the TIFS documentation.
