    The C28x_STL available behind request link.

    The C28x SDL is included in C2000ware. For example: C:\ti\c2000\C2000Ware_6_00_00_00\libraries\diagnostic\f280015x

    There is no customizable Excel for FIT calculation. TI supports 3rd party tool for FIT customization. Tool is available behind request link.
