Can you provide information on when this condition occurs? You can restart the CCS application by pressing the Ctrl+R hotkey

This condition occurred when I open my workspace. I tried pressing Ctrl+R hotkey but the condition is still occurring.

Hi Mahmoud,

You may need to reinstall your CCS installer. If you run into any issues during installation, you can try to disable any firewalls or AV on your computer which may block the installer from properly installing the files

This issue occurred even after reinstall CCS.

Hi Mahmoud,

Can you press Ctrl+Shift+P and type in "Toggle Developer Tools". Change to the "Console" tab

Then restart the CCS application (Ctrl+R). Then right click the console and "Save as..." Please provide the log file

Can you try reuploading while changing the extension to .txt? There is a forbidden access warning when trying to view the log file
