XDS100 emulator designed on my board running problem

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMS320F28035

Hello,

I have designed XDS100 emulator on my board which is based on TMS320F28035 piccolo micro. When first time connection is made between PC and FTD2232D USB IC using USB cable "new device is found and ready to use" information appears on the right bottom side of the computer screen. I checked device maneger part of computer and I see that "USB serial converter A-B" appears in the USB device list. After that I programmed FTD2232D USB device using FT Prog programmer. FT Prog programmer settings are shown as  jpg picture in attach files. Before-after programming screens are shown in the pictures as well. After doing these steps I cant still use XDS100 emulator with code composer studio. I have TI devolopment board and when I connect this development board's XDS100 emulator to PC, XDS100 emulator name is appears on device maneger list. But using my designed board I cant see any XDS100 string in device maneger list. (instead USB serial converter A- B appears as I said before) . I dont know where is my mistake. Please inform how I can run emulator designed on my board?
