Hi Experts,
My customer is encountering data loss during UART communication and suspects it my be related to hardware design.
They have requested a hardware design guide for UART on C2000 MCU. Could you please advise if there are any relevant document guidelines that we can provide? Thank you for your support.

    Hi Clark,

    We don't have a design guide specific to UART communication. The C2000 Hardware Design guide (http://ti.com/lit/pdf/spracz9) is just a generic hardware design guide for our C2000 MCUs. Can your provide the specifications of the UART configuration and what the failure conditions are? 

    To maximize communication throughput, it is best to use an external clock and to minimize system noise that can impact the communication signals
