TMS320F28P550SG: SFRA GUI cannot show data while device connection is ok

Hi Expert

Customer reports an issue, the SFRA GUI cannot show data.

He integrated SFRA library into F28P55 project, the SFRA GUI can connected properly, and after start button clicked in the GUI, the SFRA done flag in user program can be set. The UART communication between device and GUI is ok, UART baudrate is 57600. see pictures below, is there any other check points to check this issue, or is there the demo project in digital power SDK can show SFRA usage with F28P55? thanks! Also customer refer to pmp41006 for library integration.

    At present, we do not have a sample project that specifically showcases the capability of SFRA.

    However, it should function with minimal modifications, and I understand that the customer has been able to transition the SFRA capability using the F28P55x device. After retrieving the data, some additional time is required to generate the Bode plots. It is also important to ensure that the application code continues running (i.e., remains within the while loop) during this process, as terminating the execution will prevent successful plotting.

    Could you please confirm if this is being ensured?
