Do you have Device Support and Linker Command File Configuration enabled in your Sysconfig file? 

Please make sure these modules are selected in your Sysconfig Gui before you migrate settings.

If I enable "Device Support" and linker command "CMD" file in Sysconfig Gui I get the linker errors. I have attached the screen shot here.

Can you reference this project \C2000Ware_x_x_x_x\driverlib\f28p65x\examples\c28x\universal and make sure your syscfg and include options match?

Also, can you clear any hardcoded Device Settings in CCS Project Properties? Navigate to Project Properties → C2000 Compiler → Advanced Options → Miscellaneous and remove the hardcoded --device flag and related silicon version parameters. Also check Project Properties → SysConfig → Basic Options and clear any hardcoded device/part/package entries.

When I imported the project \C2000Ware_x_x_x_x\driverlib\f28p65x\examples\c28x\universal, even in that project, if I click on "SWITCH", option to "migrate setting" is not opening. That's why I did not match include option.

When I import \C2000Ware_x_x_x_x\driverlib\f28p65x\examples\c28x\universal and click on switch, the "migrate settings", the pop up is opening for me and I am able to migrate the settings as well.

I am using CCS 20.5 and SysConfig 1.27 and C2000Ware 6.0.1,

What versions are you using? I would recommend upgrading to the latest versions if possible.

Hi Prashant,

Right click on project in project explorer, go to properties - > General -> Dependencies.

Here under product dependencies, you will see the Sys Config version.

Hi Ira,

My SysConfig version is 1.26.0. 

But with all these versions, I am able to see TMS320F28379, "migrate settings" option. The "migrate settings" option do not work with F28P659DK microcontroller.
