F29H850TU: Issue using UniFlash to erase CPU2/CPU3 Flash (hpti_context_cmapi:Connect:95)

Hi ,

My Launch pad have acted a bit strange and iv'e decided to erase the flash after some experimintation.
CPU1 erased without any issues but with CPU2 and CPU3 iv'e got:

[ERROR] C29xx_CPU2: Error connecting to the target: (Error 0xFFFFFFFF - hpti_context_cmapi:Connect:95) Internal error: Invalid error code. Restart the application. If error persists, please report the error. (Emulation package 20.4.0.3835)

[ERROR] C29xx_CPU3: Error connecting to the target: (Error 0xFFFFFB0E - hpti_context_cmapi:Connect:106) Device is held in reset. Take the device out of reset, and retry the operation. (Emulation package 20.4.0.3835) 

I'd be glad to know what's the reason and how do i fix this error.
