EDIT: I'm using the HV Motor Control+PFC Kit.
I'm having an interesting problem with build level 5 of the FOC tutorial. I have successfully completed the first 4 build levels, but level 5 is not working at all. That is, after changing the enable bit to '1', I begin increasing the DC bus voltage, only to see the current spike and hit the current limit (5A) around 10V without the motor spinning at all. This behavior continued all the way to 30V, at which point the motor was still not spinning and the current was still hitting the limit. This is exceptionally strange, as I am using a small motor rated at about 4A/ph, and the max current it drew in the other 4 build levels while the motor was spinning was ~2.5A. I am not exactly sure what is different between build levels 4 and 5, but it has not even come close to working.
Here is a screen shot of my watch window in case that might help.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
