SYSCONFIG: SYSCONFIG fails to switch device

Hi experts,

My customer is developing F29H85 with ccs 20.5. They found that when the computer has no internet, the device type can't be changed. Once they click "switch" in device interface, the following error will be shown.

I can also reproduce this when my computer is offline. Once the computer is online, then this error will disappear.

I want to know the reason on that and want to know how solve it ASAP, thanks

The target date is mid-June.

If the customer needs something sooner, we can propose a beta build for the customer to try. Would the customer be ok with using a beta build?

Kita, we have a beta build of 1.28 available the customer can try. Again please make sure the customer understands that this is a beta build. I will share the link to you separately.
