TMS320F280037C: Flash Programming

I've designed a circuit according to datasheet for programming of microcontroller which is tms320f280037c and with that circuit i'm able to do program in RAM of microcontroller with XDS200 Debug Probe (TMDSEMU200-U) but not able to do program in Flash.
i've connected all VDDIO pin of microcontroller to 3.3V and all VSS pin to GND.
so i want a solution for programming in flash. is there any proper circuit available for f280037c where i can program in both ram and flash. Screenshot 2026-05-14 175545.png

Hi Vicky,

Can you please help confirm the boot mode pins configuration you have? For Flash, GPIO24 and GPIO32 should both be at logical high (1).

What pin package are you using? If 100-pin, the designation for Pin1 has changed on recent shipment of parts so wondering if this is possibly attributed to what you are seeing if the device is not oriented properly on your hardware.

Hi Marlyn,

Problem was the connection issue with its supply pins and also with boot mode pins.
At last for some issues we referred to launchpad schematic diagram of TMS320F280039C.
