    With External RAM you mean just SRAM? In that case TI's controlSUITE contains an example in [controlSUITE directory]\device_support\f28m35x\v110\F28M35x_examples_Master\epi_sram_8bit\ . There's also an SDRAM example in contolSUITE as well.
