Hi,
This issue had been uncovered on MCAL 01.03.00 and is still present in the 26.00 package.
The configuration made in Tresos is as follows: CANController_0 → MCANA, CANController_1 → MCANB
This translated to the same base address being used for each controller instance.

This issue translates to multiple CAN controllers could not be configured in Tresos. No simple workaround seems possible as a manual edit of the base address is not allowed.
