Hello experts!

I'm developing an application which requires performance level D and for this reason I need a second way to monitor the supply voltages of the MCU besides the TPS650363-Q1. A colleague of yours recommended the TPS37 for this purpose (see the attached file) but the internal tolerances and the wide hysteresis of the supervisor are too large for this purpose:

  • Recommended VDD: 1.25V +/- 5%
  • TPS37 threshold accuray +/- 1% --> 2% tolerance band
  • TPS37 hysteresis: 2%
  • Voltage divider accuracy over lifetime: +/- 0.5%

In total, the voltage regulator must therefore achieve a DC output voltage of 1.25V +/-0.5% accross all load conditions.

Can you please help me with this problem?
