Goodmorning,
I'm investigating the use of USB boot mode for F28P55 microcontroller;
in the Reference Manual it is stated that it should be available some tools to program the microcontroller using USB boot mode, but I didn't find any of those on the official TI page.
Is there any tool or example tool to program a F28P55 using internal USB boot mode?

I'm still investigating why the command "usb_flash_programmer.exe -l" gives:
Performing device check only Error enumerating device interface: 0x0103 This may mean that the device is not attached or the driver is not installed Error: Couldn't open the USB device
I can see the F28P55 being enumerated correctly as a "Stellaris Device Firmware Upgrade" (VID_1CBE&PID_00FF) as said in the reference manual... Maybe the usb_flash_programmer.exe is not the right tool at this stage?

Yes, you found the issue: the driver was wrong (also seen in the source code that the usb_flash_programmer.exe was searching for devices associated to its driver), while on my system it was being recognized as said before as a Stellantis DFU)
