Hello, I would very much appreciate some help with this. I have used Gel scripts to unlock the chip before, however, for some reason even though I am able to use the GelScripts to "unlock the core" successfully and in the console of CCS 10.4.0 I see that the password seem to unlock , however the chip does not seem to erase what is on the flash as the drive keeps relocking itself.
I would greatly appreciate some help with this.

Likely the CCS On-Chip Flash Tool is resetting the device before flash programming/erase operations. On reset, the Boot ROM will relock the device. Please verify the following in unchecked in the On-Chip Flash Tool (can be found under the 'Tools' tab):

I do not see an option exactly like that, but I do have these settings. And these are what they are. Even changing to necessary sectors only I still run into the issue.
The option is located towards the top of the On-Chip Flash tool, right under "Download Settings"

Yes I don't have that option, this is ccs 10.4.0
