TMS320F28388D: Error occurs in GUI Composer Runtime v14.0.0

Hi,

When creating a standalone app in GUI Composer, the dialog box indicated that Runtime 14.0.0 was required, so I installed it. However, when I run the standalone app, the following error occurs.

Interestingly, if I run the app with Runtime 13, it runs correctly. However, for some reason, the splash screen does not appear.

What could be causing this issue?
