F29H859TU-Q1: RAM initialization during startup

Hello,

I found in the TRM that the bootrom clears all the RAMs only on a power on reset.

But are there other players (HSM for example) that could initialize or write into the RAMs other than the M0 RAM during startup in Flash boot mode ?

If yes,

Which RAMs / address ranges are impacted ? On which resets ?
Where can I find this information ?

Thank you for your answer.

So, if I understand correctly, on a reset which is not a power on reset, the RAMs are not cleared by anything but eventually by the HSM and I will check that as soon as we have access to the document you were pointing too (I will let Mr Charlot handle this), is that correct ?

Hi Ronan,

Yes that is correct.

Also, out of the LPAx, LDAx, CPAx, CDAx and M0 RAM, HSM only has access to the LDAx RAM. \
