Part Number: F29H85X-TIFS-SDK

Hello,TI

I want to use the TI Cybershield Toolkit to advance Lifecycle to HS-SE state.
When executing "Provision" and clicking "- Provision Keys (JTAG)", the following error appears. What is this error? How to solve it?Please.

  • The chip version I am using is REV-C

  • Hello,

I've assigned this thread to the relevant expert, please expect a reply shortly.

    Best,
    Matt

  • Hi Iuan,

I see that you are using a Rev-C sample and are trying to convert the device from HS-FS to HS-KP.
CST Secure Addons do not include the OTP KW Binary for Rev-B and Rev-C devices at the moment.
I would request you to download the latest OTP KW Package from ti.com and use the SR_20 binary in it for the same operation.

The path of the same is "C:\ti\otp_keywriter_f29h85x_SR_20_26_00_00\sbl_keywriter\keywr_bin\f29h85x\SR_20\otp_kw_f29h85x_hs_fs.hsmimage.bin"

This is also mentioned as a note in the CST documentation.

    I hope this helps.

    Thanks and Regards,
    Aditya Singal

  • Hello,TI:

When I execute the following command using Otpkeywriter, uart_flash_degrammer.exe, an error occurs. Please help me confirm the cause of the problem.

  • Hi Iuan,

Can you confirm that you are using the SR20 OTP KW Binary and RAM Based SBL built in SECURE_ONLY_KP_F29H85X configuration?

    Thanks and Regards,
