F28069 experimental kit hangs

Hi,

I am at Level 4 of sensorless PMSM (DRV8312-C2-KIT_v127\PM_Sensorless) with a combination of F28069 exp kit and a custom power board.  I am tuning the PID values with intial P=0.05;I=0.00005 and D=0/T.  The code starts smoothly running the motor to 6 RPM (Speedref = 0.01).  Motor keeps rotating.  After some time the exp kit stops updating the graphs and hangs.  I could not change the values real time as the kit is hanged. 

Again I have to shut down the kit, restart and load the programm to the processor.  Again the problem repeats.  Is there any problem with exp.kit?.  And how to sort it.
