TMS320F28P650DK: HRPWM - MEP Calibration without SFO Library

Hello,

Looking at the HRPWM module, it appears that the MEP rqeuires periodic calibration.  All resources I see point to using the SFO library for this calibration, but this end-application is not permitted to use said library.  i.e., it seems we need a routine to perform this calibration ourselves, but it is unclear how the SFO software does it.

Is the HRPWM not intended to be used without strictly using the SFO calibration routine alongside it?  Are there no alternatives to perform the calibration "manually"?
