I ask this for my customer.
In 144pin F29P329SM2 device, it just has 9 PWM instance

and it shows F29P32, F29H85, F29P58 share one Pin Attributes table, it shows 144pin device has PWM10

Device comparison shows the available instances in the respective part number.
Digital signals table is common for all part numbers and devices.

All part number and device use the same pin attribute table
If F29P32 isn't exist EPWM10, we should notice customer in datasheet. Currently this will confuse custoemr.

We cannot create separate tables for each part number.
User needs to first read the device comparison table and see only the relevant modules that are present for that part number.
