I am still not clear about watchdog ISR ? How the watchdog ISR get triggered ?

Hi Vivek,

The watchdog ISR, triggered by watchdog counter-zero itself, is used to detect if there is anything wrong for software hangs like infinite loops.

Inside the watchdog ISR, it uses software jump to 0x80000. That is, to do software reset rather than an nRST reset called by WDCHK.

asm("    LB 0x80000");

This can be only used as watchdog software reset instead.

Do you think it makes sense?

Ok, got it. I have never tried this but I think it should work.
