EPWM1-4 is a group with frequencies ranging from 80 to 100 kHz, which is updated via LINK. Meanwhile, EPWM5-9 is another group with frequencies ranging from 150 to 200 kHz, which is updated through another set of LINKs. The manual does not mention how to achieve this.

I would like to reconfirm that for model F29H850TU9, the TYPE 5 version does not have the capability to perform group update. What is the specific link for the "27.4.5 XLINK Feature" section in the TRM? I haven't been able to find it.

You can use the legacy XLINK feature which is still present in the F29 device to create custom XLINK groups as described in the section below.
