F2808 Motion Control Libraries

We are using F2808 with the library (or firmware) provided by TI around 2005. Is there any update on the library especially in PID control? Any features that you can comment on for the improvement?

I also assume I can use InstaSpin to run on F2808? It was not clear.

I found the latest software for the F2808 at: http://www.ti.com/tool/sprc213. I did not see any updates to this family in ControlSuite.

Nearly all (I think all) of the app_libs/motor_control in controlSUITE will run on F2808, including InstaSPIN-BLDC.lib
