Regarding the F29x (especially F29H850DM/F29P580DM) MCUs what are the logical tests (LPOST) and memory tests (MPOST) covered? I would like to know exactly how the tests are performed. For example, let us take MPOST. In this how RAM and Flash are validated? Whether the test implements the part of the memory or full memory?
