Problem using the third phase (W) of Renewable Energy Kit

Hello,

I'm working with the renewable energy kit. http://www.ti.com/tool/tmdsenrgykit

I want to use the inverter in 3-phase mode. The purpose is to connect a permanent magnet motor to the inverter output and control the system via Matlab / Simulink, CCS v3.3, F28035 or F28335 Control Card and XDS510USB JTAG Emulator.

However, with the initial board set-up only works 2 phases, U and V. The TI example program only uses two phases. Furthermore, I have created a Matlab algorithm to activate the U and V
phases with four PWM signals (PWM 1A, 1B, 2A and 2B) and everything works fine. But when I try to activate the W phase by adding two more PWM signals (PWM 3A and 3B), then the board is disconnected and the following error appears in Code Composer Studio:

Error:
Error 0xA0001020/-1062
Error during: Execution, Target,
Device driver: Power Loss Detected on Target CPU.
This could also result from disconnecting the emulator from the target.
It is recommended to RESET EMULATOR. This will disconnect each
target from the emulator. The targets should then be power cycled
or hard reset followed by an emureset and reconnect to each target.

However, the documentation explains that we can use 3-phases mode.

Anyone know
what changes I have to do in the board set-up (jumpers,GPIOs, ...) to activate the W phase without problems?
Could be a problem with the PWM configuration (no deadbands, ...)?

Thanks in advance,
