F29H850TU: What is the default / power-on value of the MCANERR_CTRL register?

Hello,

I am using an F29 development board, and the TRM states the reset values of the ECC_CHECK and ECC_ENABLE bits in the MCANERR_CTRL should be 1. I am using the latest CCS21.01, and on reset, these ECC_CHECK and ECC_ENABLE are shown as 0. Is this a TRM issue, or a CSS issue?
