ControlStick F28069 Connecting to target, problems

 I cant connect my controlStick in debuging mode,  have a Error 

Error connecting to the target:
Error 0x80000240/-151
Fatal Error during: Initialization, OCS, 


What is strange, that I read all proposals, I checked drivers, everything ok. EEPROM is ok VID/PID numbers were VID_0403, PID_A6D0 in the device manager is correct, 


What I need to do more to connect the target. ?





I install, and reinstall Code composer, now I am using Code Composer CCS_4.2.1 from the CD in the kit package, (control stick package)
