Example CLA programs in controlSUITE\device_support\f2806x\v115 do not work with CCS 5.1 for 28069

When I imported Example_2806xClaAdc and Example_2806xClaAdcFir, I got the message "The project build settings are stored in a format that is no longer supported (version 3.1.0).  Would you like to convert it to the newer version (4.0.0).  Although I said Yes, the examples would not compile (>100 errors for ClaAdc and 16 for ClaAdcFir).  Lori Heustess had what looked to be an informative link on this topic but it is broken.  Is there something else I need to do in order for these examples to work correctly out of the box?  Others examples have not had this problem.
